Laura brings more than 15 years of global talent experience to KG Talent, having hired across APAC, Latin America, and North America. With a background in Psychology and Project Management, she blends behavioural insight with strategic thinking to build high-performing teams across tech, construction, health, renewables, finance, HR, and education.

Laura partners closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to create a unified, scalable, end-to-end recruitment experience across all sites. She thrives in agile environments, championing continuous improvement and weaving UX and Agile principles into the way hiring gets done. Her approach is grounded in transparency, honesty, and genuine connection—always listening first, always leading with care.
